Chef Anderson is a widely-traveled chef who has won multiple prestigious awards, including the Champion titles at the Worldchefs Global Chef Challenge in 2015 and 2016.
In 2014, Anderson was part of the Singapore national culinary team that was named overall champion at the Expogast Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg. The team beat 29 other countries to clinch the title.
He has also mentored winning teams in various international culinary competitions such as the 2016 IKA Culinary Olympics and the Villeroy & Boch Culinary World Cup 2018.
Chef Anderson shared his healthy cooking techniques with some 200 students on a beautiful Sunday in November At-Sunrice. Some of the dishes he demonstrated include the salmon marinated in miso cookies in sous vide and also strawberries Nage.
