Diversity is the spice of life.

With an internationally diverse faculty and student body hailing from 32 countries, At-Sunrice offers a global culinary programme combining Eastern and Western cuisines as well as Old World and New World cooking techniques.

All At-Sunrice diploma students know what it’s like to work in the real world. Our programme includes a 3,100-hour work-and-study programme with two paid apprenticeships for up to six months of practical training.

Global Experience

Local and Global: Our students learn locally and globally with 6 months of their diploma programme in a paid Overseas Industrial Attachment. For those interested in further education, At-Sunrice also offers a seamless progression with diploma-degree pathways for 5 universities worldwide.


At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy is the first culinary academy in Singapore to be awarded the National Continuing Education and Training Institution (NCI) accreditation the EduTrust 4-year certification from the Committee for Private Education (CPE).

For 4 consecutive years since 2016, At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy is the national winner in higher education for culinary arts and Food & Beverage, awarded by JobsCentral Learning (T.E.D)

At-Sunrice is going digital with its innovative TL1,2,3 enhanced digital learning approach.

There are 3 progressive timed stages in Teaching and Learning 1,2,3 approach.
